Turkey or Cold Meat Sarni.
This one is a classic for a reason.
Turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce all sandwiched between two slices of crusty bloomer bread. Mines still Roast Beef and mayo, Yum!
Home Made Pie.
Pot pies are a great way to use up lots of different leftovers in one dish. Simply mix together your turkey or meats, vegetables, and gravy, pour it into a pie crust, and bake !
Turkey Soup.
A hearty soup is the perfect way to use up leftover turkey and vegetables. Simply simmer everything together in a large pot until it's nice and hot. Serve with some crusty bread for dipping and you're good to go!
Lamb or Chicken Curry.
Give your leftover meat a new lease on life by turning it into a curried dish !
Just add some curry powder, coconut milk, and diced vegetables to your pot and let everything simmer together until it's piping hot. Serve over rice or naan bread for a complete meal.
Turkey Enchiladas.
Another great way to use up leftover turkey is in enchiladas! Roll up your turkey and veggies in some tortillas, top with cheese and enchilada sauce, and bake until hot and bubbly. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side for an extra bit of deliciousness.
