Jack Draper's Triumph 🎾A Changing of the Guard at Queen' Jack Draper's remarkable victory over defending champion Carlos Alcaraz at Queen's Club has the potential to inspire and motivate young athletes, much like Sir Andy Murray’s endurance and achievements. Draper’s mental skills that define true champions are clearly evident. Draper's self-belief in the face of a top-10 player, shows how confidence can be a foundation for success. Emotional control for calm and focus in high pressure situations, helped him save three match points against Alcaraz. Draper's strong desire to excel and willingness to work on transforming his game from defensive to attacking, highlights the significance of embracing change. The stage is set for a changing of the guard, and the future of the sport rests firmly in the capable hands of a new breed of champions, led by the likes of Jack Draper. A young phenom whose talent and relentless work ethic have marked him as a future star of the game. "Talent is God-given. Be humble. Fame is man-given. Be grateful. Conceit is self-given. Be careful." John Wooden - With this mindset, we can guide our athletes to excel with humility. #TennisAtQueens #JuniorTennisMotivation #tennis #TennisLegend #TennisCoach #PerformanceTennis

Indian athletes have delivered stunning performances at the Paris Olympics. Please go through the list shared by Drishti Bagla. Although finishing not on the podium by the smallest margin, coming fourth is also a big achievement. Mental barriers play a more important role than physical barriers. It will be very inspiring to know how they are taking the journey forward. ================================================ Quoting Nishant Dev: Nobody truly knows how hard I worked, the countless hours I dedicated to manifesting this dream, and the honesty and truthfulness I poured into my training. Every day was a step toward this goal, every sacrifice a testament to my commitment. And in one cruel moment, it was all taken away from me.💔 In that moment, it felt like everything was ripped from me. The injustice of it all left me with a heavy heart and a flood of emotions. Anger, disappointment, and sadness intertwined, creating a storm within me. It felt like a dream turned into a nightmare in an instant. Hearing the judges’ scores, it felt as though there was nothing left in my body—The pain was so intense that I felt I just couldn’t take it. I may have missed out on a medal but I have gained a renewed sense of purpose. My journey doesn’t end here; it begins a new. I will train harder, fight smarter, and come back fiercer. ============================================== #parisolympics #geniusgrowthmind #mindpower

So close yet so far 🥲 4th place finishes for India at the Olympics continues 😢 It’s tough to watch our incredible athletes come so close to winning a medal, only to miss out by just one step. 💔 We were just one win away from 8 medals. 🥲 Even if half of these could have been converted, we would have matched last time's tally and the the story would be different 🤼♀️Nisha Dahiya - Wrestling - Quarterfinals (𝘎𝘰𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘫𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 8-2, 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘯 𝘉𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘻𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘨𝘦, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘫𝘶𝘳𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴) 🏸 Lakshya Sen (Badminton) - 4th place 🔫 Maheshwari Chauhan and Anantdeep Naruka (Skeet Shooting) - 4th place 🔫 Arjun Babuta (Shooting) - 4th place 🔫Manu Bhaker (Shooting) - 4th place 🏹 Dhiraj and Ankita (Archery) - 4th place 🥊 Nishant Dev (Boxing) - Quarterfinals 🥊 Lovlina Borgohain (Boxing) - Quarterfinals 💔 Each and every loss has brought pain and disappointment for the athletes, their support staff and family, the fans and the entire nation!! 😔 But we must remember, it's far tougher for the athletes themselves. 💪 They train day and night, giving their all, facing immense pressure and challenges. Let's continue to support and believe in them. 🌟 Together, we stand behind our heroes. Onwards and upwards! 💪🇮🇳

The Drake vs. Kendrick beef really was a heavyweight UFC championship bout. Round 1: First Person Shooter vs. Like Dat, both are high quality songs, neither really dives too deep into insults. I just personally like First Person Shooter better as a song (mainly because of J-Cole) so Drake takes this round 10-9. Round 2: Push-ups vs. euphoria, against anyone else Push Ups wins the round, but not against Kendrick's 6 min diss track, so Kendrick wins this round 10-9. Round 3: Taylor Made Freestyle vs 6:16 in la, Drake uses advanced AI Technology to have Tupac and Snoop help him win the round. I'm an AI Researcher by trade so I support it. 10-9 Drake. Round 4: Family Matters vs meet the grahams, both deeply personal tracks that deride each others closest friends and family. Kendrick cuts harder and wins the round 10-9. Round 5: THE HEART PART 6 vs not like us, the championship round where the true champion emerges. Kendrick drops a banger that will be played in clubs and at cookouts all summer flaming Drake. Drake says he's too famous to abuse minors because that's always stopped other famous people in the past. This is basically a knockout, Kendrick definitively ends the bout 10-8. Final tally of 48-46 with Kendrick Lamar clearly winning in the end. That's my scorecard, what's yours?

I wanted to wait a few days before capping off the series of UFC 300 posts because: 1) I wanted to wait until the numbers were released and 2) Because I had to digest everything that happened If you watched, you know it exceeded all hype, but even if you didn’t odds are it has been all over your social media We’ll start with the social media records. Best performance in company history in terms of video views, impressions, and interactions (1.1b through out fight week) - 213m from Max Holloway KO - Take a peak at post from last week to learn about him There are plenty of other accolades the company was proud to share: → Highest USA PPV results since July 2021 (McGregor’s last fight) → 3rd highest-grossing UFC event ever ($16.5m) → Highest attendance in T-Mobile Arena history (tons of massive cards here) → 11th straight sell out event → Most watched prelims ever on ESPN peaking at 2.49m → 2nd most all-time merch sales for any UFC event (only one higher was at a stadium event in AUS) → Highest grossing sponsorship sales in UFC history But, Dana White said something in the post-fight conference that caught my attention when talking about the success of the event… To paraphrase, he said the night was phenomenal, when a night on paper looks amazing and it exceeds expectations it is a phenomenal night But then he said something I think ALL business professionals should make note of He said he doesn’t possess rear view mirrors. He only looks forward. When things go well, you enjoy them and on to the next. When things don’t go well, you shake it off and on to the next - I like this advice In this case, he quickly moved on to the next and released massive news… The return of the biggest star in company history, after 3 long years and a brutal injury, Conor McGregor is back… I discussed McGregor’s PPV impact for the UFC in an earlier post And before that fight, we get to see fan favorite Dustin Poirier get another chance at gold. All of this, while planning the “greatest live combat event anyone has ever seen” at the LV sphere for Mexican Independence Day The way 2024 has started and looks going forward, this will be the biggest year in Ultimate Fighting Championship history… Can’t wait to enjoy the ride “Surprise, surprise, the king is back.” - Conor McGregor (2016) #sports #sportsbiz #linkedinsports
