𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐏 🇮🇹 - 𝓡𝓪𝓬𝓮 𝓡𝓮𝓿𝓲𝓮𝔀 🏁 Pecco Bagnaia delivered an incredible performance at Mugello! After starting fifth due to a three-place grid penalty, he surged to first in just two corners. Enea Bastianini also had a stellar start, overtaking Marc Marquez for a podium spot. On lap three, Marquez's attempt to reclaim third failed, allowing Bastianini to hold his position. Pedro Acosta made a mistake, running wide while following Marquez. As Bagnaia pulled away from Jorge Martin, Augusto Fernandez retired angrily to the pits. Joan Mir was the first to crash, losing the front end of his Honda on lap seven. Takaaki Nakagami's crash on lap 10 added to Honda's woes. Bagnaia’s lead was briefly threatened by Martin on lap 13, but he responded by extending his advantage to over eight tenths. With six laps to go, Marquez finally took third from Bastianini, only for Bastianini to reclaim it on the final lap. In a thrilling finish, Bastianini passed Martin at the final corner, securing an epic result! Bagnaia's win, coupled with Martin's struggles, reduced the championship gap to just 18 points. The title race is on fire! 🔥 KTM rookie Pedro Acosta in 5th was the only non-Ducati in the top seven as he finished ahead of Franco Morbidelli and Fabio di Giannantonio, who demoted Maverick Vinales to eighth. MotoGP™ rookie star Pedro Acosta has signed a new ‘multi-year’ deal that will see the young Spaniard back in orange at the KTM AG Factory Racing team for 2025! 🧡 Acosta, twice a world champion in the junior grand prix classes, has taken MotoGP by storm at the sister GASGAS Tech3 Racing squad this season. Starting this weekend’s Italian MotoGP sixth in the world championship as the top RC16 rider, with podiums in Portimao and COTA, Acosta will now move to the factory KTM team for 2025. ❝It was important to me to keep pushing with KTM, and to see the whole project and the story until now and how we have grown in racing. So, it’s nice to carry on for the future: getting in orange is like coming back home❞, Acosta said. KTM Motorsports Director Pit Beirer added: ❝It gives us great pleasure to announce this news. Pedro shows his speed and personality on the track, and it looks like this boy is winning a lot of new fans all around the globe.❞ Red Bull KTM team manager francesco guidotti hailed Acosta as a 'generational talent': ❝Pedro’s story is a rare one. We can almost call him a generational talent because of what he has achieved so far. It’s clear he is one of the hottest names in MotoGP now and for 2025 it will be interesting to see and work with him in a closer way.❞ With current Red Bull KTM rider Brad Binder already signed until 2026, Acosta should slot in alongside the South African, potentially at the expense of Jack Miller. Miller has said he is open to swapping places with Acosta and riding for Tech3, which also has factory-spec RC16s. #PedroAcosta #MotoGP #RedBullKTM #KTM #Racing #MotoGPRookie #FutureChampion #OrangeArmy #MotoGP2025 #RacingNews #469Motorsports

MotoGP™ will not return to India in 2024 and instead will make a comeback in March 2025 in a possible season opener. The reasons have been explained as “operational considerations”. “Following advice from the Government of Uttar Pradesh as the state continues its long-term commitment to MotoGP️, the sport will return to Buddh International Circuit in March 2025, when weather conditions are expected to be optimal for spectators and riders alike,” a statement said. Meanwhile, the MotoGPBharat, scheduled for September 20-22 will be replaced by the Kazakhstan race which had been postponed in May due to Central Asian floods. It will be first race on the Asian leg of the calendar. #MotoGP #IndianGP #KazakhstanGP #BuddhInternationalCircuit #MotoGP2025 #Motorsports #RacingSeason #MotoGPFans #GPUpdate #MotoNews #MotoGPRacing #MotoGPBharat #BharatGP #469Motorsports #469MotorsportsIndia
