BVPS: book value of equity computed as NAV i.e. Total Assets- Total Liabilities. It fluctuates with the changes in the value of assets and liabilities. FV of equity: par value of the equity that is fixed by the company during its listing that remains constant. Operating Lease: a contract of using an asset without the transfer of ownership of the asset.
