Nonprofit leaders. We all know there is a huge trust deficit in our world. We also know donors are lapsing from our organizations in significant numbers. What do we do about it? I find nonprofits fall into 3 categories when it comes to lapsed donors; 1. They don't even know they have a lapsed donor problem. 2. They know and are immobilized to fix it. 3. They know and they fix it. We just released our most recent report "Lapsed Donors: How to avoid, win back, and grow" [lnk in comments]. I hope this helps you keep donors from lapsing and winning them back!

Why Building Relationships With Small Donors is a Game-Changer Everyone talks about landing big donors, but small, consistent donors can be the backbone of a successful nonprofit. Building relationships with these donors through regular updates, personalized thank-yous, and showing the impact of their contributions creates a loyal base that gives year after year. Small donors may not give large sums at once, but their lifetime contributions often add up to more than one-off large gifts. Plus, they’re more likely to spread the word about your cause, bringing in even more supporters. Focus on building lasting relationships with these smaller donors, and you’ll create a reliable funding stream that can weather economic downturns or shifts in large donor priorities. #smallbutmighty #donorlove #nonprofitlife #relationshipbuilding #thankyounotes #supportersmatter #loyalbase #impactfulgiving

I like to call this "Advanced Procrastination". Staying busy to feel "productive" all the while what needs to get done falls to the way side and at the end of the day, we can say "well I had a lot to do today". Don't let what could be done tomorrow be what must be done today when there are more pressing matters on your plate. Check this out below and learn how to help your nonprofit succeed!
