I completely agree—scaffolding peer feedback is a game-changer! By making feedback supportive, motivating, and actionable, we can truly enhance the learning experience. This resource, based on Ron Berger’s KIND, SPECIFIC & HELPFUL framework, is a fantastic tool to help students master the feedback process and make it more meaningful. Let’s equip our students with the skills to provide constructive, impactful feedback! 🌟
I really like this flow. It is great for students to have on their desk as they work through a peer conversation. I would add that I always tell my students: the person reviewing gets more out of it than the person receiving. Getting useless or 'bad' feedback is a top student complaint when we do peer review. Some students don't know what they don't know until they try to explain it to someone else or use it. This is why your inclusion of model responses, success criteria, teacher example are soooo good. I would add: look at the mark scheme!
