It’s almost here, and I know you’re feeling it... 🎄 The final presents are being wrapped, you’re running around ticking off that never-ending to-do list, and you’re trying SO hard to make this Christmas perfect for everyone. ✨But can I gently remind you of something?✨ Your worth isn’t measured by how much you do for others or how perfect Christmas looks on the outside. I see you—giving it your all, but underneath it all, you’re running on fumes. And here’s the truth: your family doesn’t need perfection. They need you. Calm. Present. Happy. It’s not too late to take a moment for yourself. Even just 10 minutes to slow down and breathe. Make yourself a quiet coffee before the chaos begins, or step outside for a walk to reset your mind. Because when you take that small moment, everything feels just a little bit lighter. And when you feel good, you show up as the BEST version of yourself for your family. So this December 22nd, let this be your reminder: you deserve to be on your own nice list, too. ✨ 👇 How are you taking time for yourself today? Reflect, Celebrate and Embrace Possibilities As we gather with loved ones this holiday season, Christmas offers us a beautiful opportunity to connect, celebrate and create cherished memories. It’s a time to honor the joy of family, friendship and gratitude. But it’s also a moment to pause and reflect. What are you proud of this year? What possibilities did you achieve that once felt out of reach? What moments surprised you, proving that your doubts were unfounded? This Christmas let’s balance the beauty of celebration with thoughtful reflection. Think about what drives you: the pull of possibility or the push of necessity. Reflect on how far you’ve come, the challenges you’ve faced, the growth you’ve embraced along the way and what that has meant for you personally and for your family and friends. As the year comes to a close, take a moment to celebrate yourself and everything you’ve accomplished—big and small. Here’s to embracing both the active pursuit of new dreams and the quiet, reflective moments that give life meaning. Wishing you a Happy Holidays and a Merry Christmas filled with joy, connection, and gratitude. Cheers Jo and Peter

For many of us this is the last day of Christmas. Tomorrow many of us start looking towards the new year. 🎊 What does the new year have in store for you? What is absolutely most important? If you allowed yourself to follow your bliss where would it lead you? What do you need to courageously say yes to? What needs to end? I’m looking ahead these days. Working on what I want to learn this year, reviewing old notes, planning the main events of the next year and imagining what is possible. ❤️ If you can find some hours in the next days I implore you to give yourself the gift to journal on these questions. We create the world we live in by giving attention and imagination to things. If we don’t do it consciously, chances are that a lot of your year will be led by ego and fear and not what your heart truly desires. 🫣 We need the version of you that follows your bliss, so find your notebook, put your phone on flight mode and tell your family that you will be gone for some hours imagining what is possible for you, the family, work etc. next year. 🙌🏄♂️

The Post-Christmas Pause The days between Christmas and New Year often feel like a blur of leftover chaos and anticipation for what’s next. But what if we used this time to pause and recharge instead? • Let go of “shoulds”: There’s no need to fill every moment. Give yourself permission to rest. • Reconnect with yourself: Take a walk, read, journal, or simply sit in silence. Notice what your body and mind need. • Simplify: Declutter your space, savor simple meals, or spend quiet time with loved ones. This in-between time is a gift—a chance to reflect, breathe, and prepare for the year ahead. What’s one thing you’ll do to find peace this week?

The holidays don’t have to be a whirlwind of chaos. Here’s what I’m doing to keep things simple and joyful this year👇 1️⃣ Focus on what matters most – Time with family > perfection. 2️⃣ Say “no” more often – You don’t need to attend every party or event. 3️⃣ Keep gifts simple – Thoughtful over expensive every time. 4️⃣ Take care of yourself – A short walk or even 5 quiet minutes can help. 5️⃣ Enjoy the little moments – Laughter, hugs, and holiday movies are what truly count. Let’s make this season about joy, not stress. What’s one thing you’re doing to stress less this year?

🎄 "Dreaming of a stress-free Christmas?" Does this sound familiar? 🎅 One task here, another thing to organize there, endless to-dos at work... and suddenly, the magic of Christmas feels like a distant dream. But what if you could experience a calm, peaceful holiday season filled with joy—for yourself and the people you care for? Here’s the secret: Small changes can make a big difference. 🌟 Stepping back and practicing a simple breathing exercise can bring you back to the moment and help you reclaim that Christmas magic. Let’s try box breathing together: ✨ Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts. ✨ Hold your breath for 4 counts. ✨ Breathe out through your mouth for 4 counts. ✨ Hold without breath for 4 counts. Repeat this 6-10 times. Feel the calm settling in? Take this challenge with you throughout the day—whenever stress creeps in, pause and use this breath to reset. You’ll be amazed at how such a small practice can shift your whole day. 🎁 Enjoy the present moment and let the magic of Christmas unfold! 🎄✨ #CalmChristmas #HolidayMagic #MindfulMoments

Merry Christmas to you all. Today, whether you’re surrounded by family, spending quiet time alone, or feeling somewhere in between, I hope you find peace and comfort. Christmas doesn’t need to be perfect to be meaningful – sometimes the most special moments are found in simplicity. If you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, lonely, or stressed today, I want to remind you that it’s okay to take a step back. Here are a few things that might help if today feels tough: 🌿Take a breather and step outside for a moment of fresh air or a short walk. It can clear your head and help you feel more grounded. 🌿It’s okay to say no to things that feel too much, even on Christmas Day. Protecting your energy is important. 🌿 Focus on the little things. A warm cup of tea, a favourite song, or a cosy corner can bring a sense of calm. 🌿If you are feeling alone, remember you are not. Even a quick text to a friend or loved one can make you feel connected, or just let someone know how you're feeling. 🌿Be kind to yourself. Whatever today looks like, remember you’re doing your best. Let go of any pressure for it to be perfect. I’m here if you need support or a kind word, and I hope you find moments of joy and peace today. Wishing you a warm and restful Christmas, and I look forward to supporting you in the new year.
