I purchased 2 pairs of eyeglasses from Lenskart.com after undergoing an eye test at one of their outlets. 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 so I asked her to redo the test so on that request she tested the eyes once again and then 2nd time there was a significant drop in prescribed number. 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐈 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞. Due to prolonged issues, I decided to seek a 2nd opinion from Sankara Eye Hospitals India. To my shock and dismay, I discovered that the prescription provided by Lenskart was egregiously incorrect. The actual strength of my prescription is considerably lower than what was prescribed by Lenskart. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐭'𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬. The casual approach taken by the staff during the eye test is deeply troubling, particularly given the serious implications for my eye health. The variation between the two prescriptions highlights a glaring failure in Lenskart's testing process, which should prioritize accuracy and attention to detail above all else. This experience has not only resulted in physical discomfort but has also raised significant concerns about the integrity of Lenskart's practices & both spectacles are useless now. As a customer, I expect transparency, professionalism, and a commitment to providing accurate services, especially when it comes to matters as critical as eye care. In light of these issues, I am urging Lenskart.com & Puneet Malhotra to take immediate action to address the following: 1.Compensation: I believe that Lenskart should provide compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and potential harm caused by the incorrect prescription and spectacles provided. 2.Health: Lenskart must prioritize the health and well-being of its customers by implementing stringent quality control measures and ensuring that all staff members undergo comprehensive training in eye testing procedures. 3.Trust: Lenskart needs to rebuild trust with its customers by acknowledging and rectifying this serious oversight, as well as implementing measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. #poorservice
