Being fortunate enough to attend the Euro 2024 opening match, I noticed an interesting detail. Hisense Group, an official partner of Euro 2024, has chosen to use Chinese characters on the pitchside advertising boards to promote the fact that the company is the world's number 2 TV maker (in terms of global shipments), and the leading TV brand in China. In my opinion, Hisense's choice to promote their achievements in Chinese rather than English speaks volumes about their confidence and pride in their heritage. Founded in 1969, Hisense's growth journey has been nothing short of remarkable. The company's sponsorship of the Euros is more than just a marketing effort; it's a reflection of their global vision and desire to connect with audiences through shared passions like sports, not only enhancing viewer experience, but also reinforcing Hisense's brand presence on a global stage.
