Thanks to the Illinois Ready Mixed Concrete Association for having me speak at this year’s Xtreme Concrete Conference in Peoria about the importance of #safety in the ready-mixed concrete industry! Love it when industry organizations want their members to put safety at the forefront of their businesses! We talked about the importance of establishing a positive safety culture, as well as what producers should be focusing on for 2024. #safetyfirst #safetyculture #readymix #concreteishardsafetyisnt
