Last week was a week of "first times" for me: 👉 First Global Leadership Meeting with ZEISS Group outside of Oberkochen at an international location 👉First time in beautiful #India with its rich tradition 👉First time connecting #transformation, #change, #culture, and #processes My last "first" is a white lie - but truth is, #ZEISS is a company that strives for more. 🚀 We are not standing still and rest on our past success - we want to transform by becoming more process- and data-driven as an organization. Learning from and with our global leadership team is not only a pleasure and honor, but a great privilege. Now it's time to use what we have worked on as a team in India, to take back to our teams.
