At a recent Chambers breakfast focused on the local economy, it was noted that most of us travel into Stoke-on-Trent to work but very rarely spend time or money in the city. Absolutely true! So, on Saturday, I jumped on my bike and explored 42 miles of Staffordshire on the local canals and disused railways. There was beauty even in the most unlikely of places! On Sunday, I continued with the Staffordshire theme and attended a yoga class held at The World of Wedgwood. I’m not sure what Josiah would have made of yoga, but it was brilliant 🧘♂️ My point is this…there is beauty and a variety of events right on your doorstep and it might be worth exploring those before traveling further afield. #Staffordshire #supportlocal #stoke
