Hey #MOPS pros, What are some of the big themes or pain points you are noticing in our day-to-day operations? Here are three themes I've witnessed in 2024 through my work with #Marketo and #marketingautomation 1) Folks are scaling, creating new programs while ignoring data leaks & operational disfunction. A lot of times we have shiny object syndrome and think a brand new program is going to solve our problems. We have to walk through the mud (to clean it up) before we can start running! 2) Once again, running a million miles a second, I see folks hitting send before spending time to get a second (or third or fourth) set of eyes on a campaign or marketing program. I can't stress this enough: QA is not a want but a NEED! 3) There is growing conflict between MOPS strategy & stakeholder expectations. Essentially stakeholders have one desire and marketing operations pros have a different vision of how to deploy campaigns. Who wins? That depends. ;) Drop below what you're witnessing in the #MOPS scene! I'd love to hear what others are witnessing in the MOPS landscape right now!

It felt like you were in my shoes for a minute (haha). I think we all experience much of the same with this stuff. Great post.
