Have you heard of Trincadeira (or maybe you know it as Tinta Amarela)? This red grape is native to Portugal and is one of the most used grapes in Port wine production. Trincadeira isn't just about bold reds, though. It delivers vibrant raspberry flavours with a surprising twist of fresh herbs and flowers. 🍷 A Trincadeira Não é Tão Preta by Fita Preta is a tasty wine that's made exclusively from 100% Trincadeira grapes, harvested by hand and selected for their quality. The grapes are then gently crushed and transported to tanks without the use of pumps, ensuring minimal intervention in the winemaking process. This method helps preserve the natural flavours and characteristics of the Trincadeira grapes. #winegrapes #portwine #redwine #winefacts #winehistory #winelovers #instawine #redwinetime

📝Pale straw yellow color. The nose develops with wild herbs, smokey and mineral notes along with ripe stone fruits and typical almond character. The palate is structured and well balanced, with mineral texture, complex with soft acidity. Full body and a long savory finish. This is the tasting note elaborated by our jury for the selected wine of Ai Galli Società Semplice Agricola 🍷 #5StarWines2023 #WineWithoutWalls2023 #5StarWinestheBook #ItalianWinery #ItalianWine #VinoItaliano

Don’t get me wrong, I think Stellenzicht makes great wines. But would this description of its Acheulean make any impression on a future GenZ or current Millennial consumer? I mean, what does amphora-fermented mean to them? And does it even matter? Sell wines differently. Make it less complicated. The ones we tried to impress then, the Baby Boomers, the ones who subscribed to the T&Cs of the Judgement of Paris, those ones, are either dead, much much older and drink less or stopped drinking completely. They were into these type of descriptions. Take the consumer instead on the journey from grape to glass. Make them part of your story. Sell the wine long before it’s in the bottle. So that when they go to the store, they go there with their minds already made up. Sell them peace of mind. Sell them trust… #digitalise #securitytokens #data #ecommerce #decentralisation

Among the recommended practices for the grape harvest is to avoid picking grapes during the hottest hours, as in such conditions, they are more prone to damage and dangerous fermentation processes. It’s no coincidence that in the hottest regions of Italy, night harvesting is practiced to take advantage of cooler temperatures. This saying refers precisely to the idea that a light, refreshing rain can allow for a harvest less affected by the heat. These days, some areas of Italy are experiencing heavy rains. Will this saying still hold true? We wish all producers the best for this 2024 harvest, and we can’t wait to taste the result of your hard labor! 🍇 #wine #italianwine #naturalwine #italnaturalwine #organicwine #wine #winestagram #winesocial #harvest #italy #italyfromtheground #september #grape #idiom
