AusBiotech and MTPConnect partner to support this year’s BIO 2024 mission to showcase Australia’s outstanding life science innovations, innovators, and unique capabilities.
The Australian delegation will see state governments, State Ministers, and hundreds of Australian companies and delegates standing united at the BIO International Convention.
Taking place in San Diego from 3-6 June and hosted by the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), the BIO International Convention is the most influential event in the global life sciences calendar. This year’s conference is expected to draw more than 20,000 biotech and pharma leaders from 7,000 companies and 84 countries.
AusBiotech will be showcasing Australia's capabilities and capacity through 'Access Australia', an online platform that enables easy searching of and connection with the Australian delegation attending BIO 2024 – ensuring easier and quicker business development opportunities during the world’s largest life science event.
Facilitating the global development of the Australian biotech industry, AusBiotech is also proudly hosting an invitation-only roundtable discussion on bilateral investment, showcasing why Australia is a global partner of choice.
Australia’s delegation to the world’s largest life sciences convention continues to grow year-on-year, highlighting the industry’s commitment to fostering global collaborations and partnerships in key markets.
AusBiotech is working in strong partnership with MTPConnect, Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), CSIRO and state governments:Government of New South Wales (NSW Government), Government of South Australia, Victorian Government, Queensland Government, and Government of Western Australia, to drive a united ‘Team Australia’ approach that supports the whole ecosystem.
