Be on when you are on and off when you are off. If you can set your schedule, only you know when you are most available and productive. In previous roles, I would let my team know that I was unavailable at certain times for deep work and would not check my email during that time. I was always available to them in an emergency, but this created space to get things checked off of my list daily. Cheers.

Scheduling breaks helps prevent burnout which leads to better production. Have clear work boundaries.
