I think we all know that we should make sure our life/work balance is right for us, but how many of us read that sentence as work/life balance? When work is stressful and busy, it can be easy to default to work/life which can often become work/work if we're not careful and then there's the risk of burnout. So what do I do? 1. Recognise that this switch is happening. No blame or judgement, just the awareness that something needs to change. 2. Reset my boundaries. What am I prepared to do, and what am I not prepared to do (probably more important) to get back to life/work. 3. Get out into nature. Not only is this good for my mental health, but also gets me away from phones and screens! Let me know what hints and tips you have!
