If you are a laboratory tenant in Watertown, be aware that the Watertown Fire Department is requiring all lab buildings that obtained their permit prior to August 1, 2024 to renew for the annual September cycle. This means your lab registration is up for renewal this September. Jigsaw Life Safety is an approved third-party in the City of Watertown and can help you in the renewal process, if desired. Also, remember, if you are a lab building in the City of Watertown, you must revise your building report in October to ensure that any changes to your tenants or their inventories is properly documented in accordance with the State Fire Code.
