Help them on the spot by taking out your cell phone and calling legislators to protect animals. Bring photos of pets who have passed for posting on the Rockaway Rainbow Bridge Board, as well as clean bedding (sheets, towels, blankets) and unopened pet food & new/lightly used toys/supplies for animals at Animal Care Centers of NYC. We will have links to rescue animals for adoption and foster at the shelters. Be prepared to romp on Labyrinth Animal Peace Walks for adults, children, and dogs. At Animal Rock, we will have information on contacting Animal Care Centers of NYC and getting to know the animals at their shelters for adoption and foster. We will send a special care package to the shelters to support the animals. Animal Rock visitors are encouraged to bring clean bedding (sheets, towels, blankets), unopened pet food, and new/slightly used pet toys and supplies to the event. We will also accept cash donations and purchase additional items for the animals. Bring photos of your pets who have passed on. Labyrinth Animal Peace Walks for adults, children, and dogs. We will be leading walks on the nearby Labrinth designed to send loving energy to animals in distress, reinforce the sentient nature of animals, and offer an opportunity for pet guardians to experience a deeper connection with their pets.
