Wondering if anyone else has been experiencing an alarming level of degradation of service from UPS? From failure to deliver on time to completely failed deliveries (and price), the service has become completely unreliable. Add to that an incomplete, ineffective and useless “customer service” AI Chatbot and they have convinced me to move my business to FedEx #UPS #Customerservice

I agree.. Except for some services like the Lets Get Checked at home test kits being returned, which is spectacular one-day turnaround for results, other UPS locally have been an issue, but Fed Ex locally has numerous damaged boxes being delivered and not when expected.

6moI wouldn’t set your hopes to high for FedEx. They have had some short comings as of late. But as a whole they are still vastly superior to UPS in my opinion. Our UPS experiment, to save costs, failed miserably and that was pre-Covid even.
