McKinsey's latest Women in the Workplace 2024 report shows that while women are climbing the corporate ladder, the barriers are still steep, especially at the critical first step to management. For every 100 men promoted, only 81 women move up. The gap is even wider for women of color.
This isn’t just a women’s issue, it’s a business issue. Gender diversity drives innovation, creativity, and success. Yet, commitment to DEI is slipping when it should be stronger than ever. Now is the time to push forward, not pull back.
