I thought you were an organization with integrity, however you have let me down with things so far. I booked an Air Fiber connection for my home and the Area Manager took the payment by promising speedy installation the next day . He is neither answering my calls nor has installed the connection. Its been 4 days now, he isn't answering my calls either. When I reached out to your support and raised a complaint against this , I was promised installation would happen by Saturday 1 pm, this too hasn't happened. Humble request to you is avoid making false promises. Please refund immediately , the complete amount so that I can avail the service of your competitor. You guys are such big frauds that you are disconnecting the calls that I make to customer support as well. Please arrange a call back from your end and help me with the refund . I am done with the harassment and the excuses that you give . Your service request number is SR000021YUL0. You will receive an update by 2024-09-07T11:18:57.

I am writing to share my frustration and disappointment with Jio's service. My set-top box has been non-functional for the past three days, and despite repeated attempts to contact customer care, I've received no assistance or response. I was initially in touch with a representative, Abhishek (contact: 8275198598), who handled my installation. Before installation, I was promised unlimited internet, but after it was set up, I was informed that my plan only includes 1000 GB of data. This is outright misleading and has left me feeling deceived. To make matters worse, after the installation, Abhishek stopped responding to my calls, and despite trying to reach customer care over the last three days about the non-working set-top box, no one has picked up or responded to my issue. This kind of service is unacceptable. I request Jio to take immediate action to: Fix my set-top box that hasn't worked for three days. Address the misleading information provided by the sales executive regarding the internet plan. Ensure their customer care team responds to such issues in a timely manner. #Jio #CustomerService #Frustration #PoorService #Disappointed

Jio is terribly slow now. We are fed up with this network. Are you fooling our customers by taking our cash and putting it in your box? If you want I can give you a place to stop the tower. But don't make us fools.

Intial days jio attract customers but now network coverage getting poor n poorer, very low speed of internet in office indoor and home. Things have not been same and not cost effective post paid plan riased from 199 to 299 per month(almost 100% increase)🤯👎

📢 Exposing Unfair Practices at Jio Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) Reliance Industries Limited 🚨🚨FRAUD ALERT!! Dear Network, I want to bring to light a troubling experience I've had with Jio , one of India's leading telecom providers. This month, I received a postpaid bill amounting to ₹881.46, which was supposed to be capped at ₹821. Upon reviewing the bill, I noticed discrepancies. Here’s a breakdown: Initial Charges: ₹399.00 Other Charges: ₹348.00 According to my billing plan, the charges should be ₹99 per member, totaling ₹297. Yet, I was charged ₹150 for a member added on July 20th. An email notification from Jio, which I have attached, clearly stated a charge of ₹99 from the next billing cycle. This incident raises serious concerns about consumer rights and fair trade practices. As per service request SR000021LXAU I urge fellow consumers to scrutinize their bills and stand up against such unfair practices. Reliance jio is now out from market due tu bad network and bad customer support . They didn't solve the problem of network and they rise the recharge plan . But in India if they want to do business they must decrease there recharge plan rate . Now bsnl 4g is growing up and jio is going down. Now 80 percent of Indian people port from jio airtel vi to bsnl.
