As a CMO I got spoofed or roasted or whatever you want to call it on a podcast that has over half a million subscribers on YouTube and I'm excited about it. Here's the story. I work for a startup sleep neurotech wearable brand called Elemind that's in pre launch which means we have to be creative about raising awareness without a lot of money to spend on fancy campaigns. So we decided to do nap demos of the product, inviting people to "Sleep with our CEO" to see how it works. We filmed these naps and then turn them into content, which was a great way to show people how the product really works. Putting people to sleep in the middle of the day in a conference room without drugs or side effects. And some of that content went viral with 10s of thousands of views and sold a lot of product. And some high profile people participated. Which also got a lot of attention. Including this guy, which seems to have caught the attention of the My First Million podcast where Nick Gray and Shaan Puri literally spoofed our CEO and our campaign. Check out a short clip of it here. Dude, she's like Deepak Chopra got him. Is this a leader of the free world right now? But watch this boom out like a light *****. Yeah ohh sleeping like a little baby. Little CEO needs nap time. Seriously, is this legit at all? I think it is legit. I think I would pay for this thing I want it. Why was I happy? It was a great spoof, but since we're not doing paid advertising it was also a great outcome. And oh, by the way, they also called it.... And it's amazing. It's the best marketing campaign I've seen in a while.

scrappy effort to land earned media around a product with fancy science behind it. I am surprised this hasn’t taken off more, but if it works as advertised, I can see massive interest in this. Anxiously waiting for the unit to arrive in a few weeks!
