It's time for change out there. The world's just so enormously unequal. Yeah, yeah. Wealth and income inequalities around the world is just just huge. It's growing as well, just because we knew what to do. You know, it would have been a social injustice, I think, if we all knew how to make this huge change in the economy, and we didn't do it. And we've got this wonderful opportunity with lots of business owners are looking to retire from the commercial life. And if we can capture as many of those as we possibly can. About 200 million of them around the world that need to exit over the next 10 years and transition them to employee ownership. And then then you start to affect wealth and income equality. I think that I think there were two defining moments in terms of this strategy in my in my life and. And there were actually 40 years apart. I was the youngest of three boys living on a council estate and the you know, sleeping on on the floorboards, outdoor tall toilet, usual stuff, single working mother. We were in poverty. Social impact is also about who owns and controls the benefit of the business. That's the social impact in itself. Regardless of what the company produced, protects the jobs, creates the jobs, benefits the region is really important and if you if you want to transcend people. To support you. Then go out there before you're ready, and your purpose of why you're doing what you're doing will be revealed naturally.
