At Jobscan, we’re committed to giving back and supporting causes that align with our values. Recently, we celebrated International Day of Charity with a virtual Jeopardy game, organized by Elyssa S. from our People Operations team! The event brought our remote team together for some fun, and the winning team—Lucas Faustman, Slava Trofimov, and Tommy Vu—chose Hire Autism to receive our donation, supporting their mission to expand opportunities for autistic individuals and provide continuous workplace resources. We’re proud to contribute to their efforts and to promote inclusivity in the workplace. Together, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive future 💙🦾 #JobscanGivesBack #HireAutism #InclusiveWorkplace #InternationalDayofCharity #AutismAwareness #TeamJobscan

Myself, Justine Render and Oliver James Bawtree delivered an "Autism acceptance in the workplace" presentation to our European colleagues and won a chance to donate money to our chosen Charity. We decided to go one step further and use the monies to fund x2 of the Award winning Smart GX165 to local Specialist Schools in order to create an Inclusive learning environment. Accepting Autism doesn't just start when young people are looking for Employment, it begins at the start of their journey in society. As Employers we should seek every opportunity to challenge stereotypes and misconceptions about autism, because embracing autism in the workplace isn't just about diversity; it's about unlocking the unique talents and perspectives that enrich our teams and drive innovation. I'm proud to work for a company that not only empowers me to be creative and charitable but is with me every step of the way leading from the front when it comes to DE&I. What a super few days spending time with some of the amazing team at Helping People Achieve! HPA is a long-term provider of disability support services and supported employment within the Darwin Region since 1963. The amazing team provide support to people living with a disability through delivering outreach services, providing affordable accommodation and creating job opportunities through supported employment. I was very fortunate to meet with a number of the team this week to better understand their roles and how they contribute to the wellbeing of HPA participants. My cup is definitely full for the week after spending time with just some of these amazingly dedicated people who absolutely love with a passion the work they do! ❤️ For Darwin locals, did you know that HPA would love some donations in the way of items such as: 🎨 Art and craft materials, paints, etc. 📚 Magazines 👗 Clothing 🍳 Old cookware 🍴 Cookware utensils 🧩 Educational toys 🎲 Games 🧩 Puzzles 🎄 Old decorations such as Christmas / Easter Items such as the above can be dropped to: AusDesigns at - 46 Toupein Rd, Yarrawonga. #TheBelRoseGroup #DisabilitySupport #CommunityEngagement #DarwinCommunity #HelpingPeopleAchieve #SupportedEmployment #DisabilityServices #CommunityDonations #Volunteering #SocialImpact #InclusiveCommunity #CharitableGiving #SustainableLiving #OutreachServices #AffordableAccommodation #NonProfit #CorporateSocialResponsibility #ArtAndCraftDonations #RecycleReuse #DarwinBusinesses #MakingADifference

Introducing one of our #AmbassadorsForAutism - Pitcher Partners! 'Our organisation has a Workplace Giving Program where our employees and partners can nominate charities to support for the year. Many of our team members have experience caring for family members with #autism, which has generated a lot of support for the guidance, awareness, and resources provided by Autism Awareness Australia to families in need. As a corporate ambassador for this charity, we can leverage this collective support to make a greater impact. Additionally, by promoting #autismawareness and advocacy, we can foster discussions in the workplace about #neurodiversity and the responsibilities of caregivers. As a corporate ambassador, it is important to create greater awareness about supporting neurodiversity in the workplace. It is also crucial to better understand the support that corporates can provide to their #neurodiverse employees, as well as caregivers of loved ones on the #autismspectrum. Fun facts about Pitcher Partners ... 1. Pitcher Partners is home to four of the top financial advisers in Australia. 2. One of these top advisers is our Managing Director of the Wealth Management practice, who is also a passionate race car driver.
