It's no secret that Revv is growing fast, but we're only intent on scaling with purpose. We're not out trying to sell everything to everybody. Prospects trying to take advantage of body shops with over-billing or over-quoting? We're not interested. Prospects looking for a quick buck instead of developing partnerships with other shops? Try someplace else. ADAS calibration is a new space filled with opportunity, but it also puts some less experienced shops in a vulnerable position. What we're trying to do is build an ecosystem of partnerships that increases fairness in the marketplace, as well as safety out on the roads.

What is the kiss of death for new B2B start-ups? ISBM Executive Director, Lynn Yanyo believes it’s when the Chief Sales Person is an outside hire. The B2B start-up founder, who built/developed the product, should be the best person to demonstrate its value to customers and close sales. Hiring a professional salesperson may have some benefits, but it’s up to the startup to establish the value proposition, understand how to counter questions and convince new customers to buy before hiring a sales team to do the work. Hiring in Big Orthos safety first because you want someone who will not upset the apple cart and not make their boss er boss's boss look bad. Venture-backed Orthos only have 3 layers and few procedures. The layers are worker, VP, CEO. Hiring in Venture-backed Orthos is all about results. We don't care about your relationships or your resume if you can get s**t done.

This year, Prequel is launching six new programs for 9-13-year-olds that help them accomplish what their parents think is impossible: - Get 50 customers in a business in a month - Build a video game that gets published on a platform with 25M MAUs - Beat Harvard Business School's teamwork simulation, where 45% of MBAs fail - Program a self-driving car for a chance to win F1 tickets To name a few. We're hiring for several roles to help make this happen. We're looking for a senior marketer to run our enrollment funnel - land distribution partnerships, educate our 250k+ parents on our email lists, run events IRL and virtual, and think strategically about how to help us scale these programs to impact hundreds of thousands of kids. We are also hiring for a sales role - parents love talking to someone on our team before they sign up and as part of our interview process. Finally, across our teen and pre-teen programs this summer, we are hiring for part-time instructors as we scale to thousands of students.
