Every day there's an unending stream of commentary, criticism, and cynicism re policy and strategy around our housing crisis in the GTA. We cannot talk our way out of this crisis. We need action. Habitat for Humanity GTA, through its staff, volunteers, developer partners, and donors is getting it done; continuing to innovate to make housing more affordable and attainable to more families, and now couples and singles through our new HomeStart program! I could not be more proud of our work together 🙏. You probably know the Habitat for Humanity brand, but may not know of the different pathways that YOU can take to make a difference in your GTA community through Habitat. Tragically, for families living in the GTA, the cost of putting a roof over your head is far beyond what most people with decent jobs can afford.
