As leaders, it's easy to equate appreciation with grand gestures—events, parties, or fleeting moments of recognition. But true appreciation lies in the everyday recognition of the individuals who contribute to our success. The ongoing acknowledgment of talent, effort, and dedication is what truly empowers a team to thrive. At House of RCM, we understand that recognition is not something reserved for a single occasion—it’s woven into the fabric of our culture. We prioritize creating an environment where every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered every day. Whether through meaningful feedback, growth opportunities, or celebrating milestones—our commitment to recognition is constant. After all, when we invest in recognizing our people authentically and consistently, we don’t just elevate our team—we elevate our entire company. How does one foster inclusive leadership? I often get asked this question by leaders who are trying to get this right. Inclusive leadership is a necessity for fostering innovation and driving business success, but it doesn’t always come easy. When leaders prioritize inclusivity, they create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
