We’re delighted to reopen the doors to our iconic John Barnes Waitrose & Partners store this week - it’s packed with fresh features and exciting concepts that our customers are already loving. 🙌 Based on Finchley Road, the store has been part of Waitrose since 1981, and this week becomes the second store to go through a major refurbishment in the past year. The investment in our Waitrose stores is already making a big impact, and our food loving customers are voting with their feet. We are seeing our customer base grow, and our customer satisfaction numbers rise. 👏 Our relentless pursuit of the best customer experience in both of our Waitrose and John Lewis & Partners stores is at the heart of this - taking the love that exists for both brands and making sure our customers are rewarded with better shops, the highest quality products, and the best service. 💚 Huge congrats to the brilliant team at John Barnes for giving our customers a wonderful new look store. #Waitrose
