How can you use net promoter score to differentiate between PEO solutions? Most likely, you've taken a customer service survey of a product or service. It usually asks: ‘From a zero to ten scale, how likely will you recommend this product or service to a colleague or friend?' The promoters are those that score nine or ten. The detractors are those that score six and below. The combination of those two gets you a net promoter score. Anything above 50 is excellent. So, when looking at vendors, ask a PEO their net promoter score.
