How can you use net promoter score to differentiate between PEO solutions? Most likely, you've taken a customer service survey of a product or service. It usually asks: ‘From a zero to ten scale, how likely will you recommend this product or service to a colleague or friend?' The promoters are those that score nine or ten. The detractors are those that score six and below. The combination of those two gets you a net promoter score. Anything above 50 is excellent. So, when looking at vendors, ask a PEO their net promoter score. How we're helping one client save $400,000 in annual savings: Right now, I'm working with a business that's a great example of how a PEO can provide efficiencies and cost savings. When we first met with the business, we realized they were using three different systems to manage their HR, which created some inefficiencies for the HR team. They were overworked and couldn't catch up on work and administration. It led to them outsourcing many HR-related tasks to an employment attorney, for which they spent about $200,000 a year. What we're now doing for them — Migrating them from the three systems they use to manage HR into our all-in-one solution. This way, everything works well together.
