The Director of Development at Peabody Institute is a new position and will be a critical leader on the Development and Alumni Relations team. This position will manage a team of 2-3 front-line fundraisers and development operations staff and will report directly to the Associate Dean for External Relations to build a robust personal solicitation program to meet the philanthropic goals to support our academic priorities set forth for our next comprehensive campaign. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for music and dance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to forge meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders. A bachelor's degree and seven years of related professional experience, including at least 2 years of management experience, are required.
