Johnson & Johnson has done a horrible mistake. Placing the name Palestine as a country on their website is an unabashed declaration of hate and a salute to terrorism.  The name of the American friend in the Middle East, Israel has been replaced and shamed by Johnson & Johnson.  The drug company is obligated to correct the issue immediately and apologize to the humans who inhabit the free world.  Tragically a good company, whose mission is healing, has made a grave error and turned into an organization supporting Terrorism.

It’s a great company. Change management in large structures and evolving needs isn’t always easy… we all try. When I was in training for a sales role. I was at head quarters… they were doing a simulation of working in a territory with multiple roles and sectors. Believe it or not, this is a real challenge in health sales and work… I was nominated leader of our team and constructed an idea, with my teammates buy in, to each of us to assume a role specialty sales, or science liaison, or managed markets… and talked through a presentation of the issues specific as we designed. Funny thing… it was different than the other groups. And we had lots of pressure to change it. In the end the concept worked and we got the highest marks. These trainings are pretty high pressure. The issues in empathy and contexts and KPI’s and stake holder economics and dynamic condtions… it’s workable, but it’s not always easy, but things like a credo helps. All my best ya’ll…

When we consider the needs of communties and those of organizational shifts and pragmatic progress… access becomes a critical component, not just for interoperability but for positive feedback loops which also account for regulatory lifts and realism.

Although it costs a lot to produce medicines and other items; sometimes it's great to have a year of reduced costs for products which trouble developing nations. When nations develop; companies naturally develop.
