I'm not convinced studies need to cost this much. Every single customer we've worked with has their employees saving hours a day using us amounting to what amounts to extra FTEs on hand. And we're just a small startup. Give or take a few months and that number will undoubtedly increase. That same money spent on a CRO or service provider or extra headcount gives you a fraction of the value. What am I missing here? #clinicaltrials

Exciting news! 🎉 One of my clients, a promising healthtech startup focused on chronic disease management, just secured a $10M funding round. As their fractional CMO, I had the pleasure of helping them craft their pitch and refine their market positioning. Here are some key takeaways from this journey: 1. Nail your story: A compelling narrative is crucial. We spent weeks honing the company's story, ensuring it resonated with investors and clearly articulated the problem they're solving. 2. Data is king: Investors love numbers. We gathered and presented data that not only validated the market need but also demonstrated the startup's traction and growth potential. 3. Know your audience: Each investor pitch was tailored to the specific VC firm's interests and portfolio. This personalized approach made a huge difference. 4. Practice makes perfect: We ran countless mock pitches, refining our delivery and anticipating tough questions. By the time we met with investors, the founders were confident and prepared.
