Airports are an underutilized brand moment. But how do you figure out how to intercept customers without overstepping? I couldn't help but reflect on this walking through the hub at Dallas Fort Wort today, and think about how they're a space rife with opportunities for brands to make a meaningful impact. The Coca-Cola Company Coca-Cola FEMSA has set a stellar example with "The Bubble," transforming a simple lounge into an immersive brand experience. They just get their brand role, really right. They've got a clear product truth, and permission to give people a moment of joy. Their messaging is clear. And they're delivering value, to travelers who are stressed out, uncomfortable, and overwhelmed. Sure, it's not usually where Coca Cola shows up -- but it sure makes me love them, and more likely to try a Coke. Even if... I don't stop and rest in The Bubble. This initiative is more than a waiting area; it's an intentional space where Coca-Cola integrates seamlessly into the traveler's journey, offering refreshment and relaxation at just the right moment. At MOST Wanted Co, we bring fresh strategic insights and deliver brand moments that enter the customers mind, creating an entire brand experience that builds permission, trial, and retention. Coca-Cola's "The Bubble" illustrates the power of thoughtful brand placement and the importance of adding value to the consumer experience. Let's draw inspiration from Coca-Cola's playbook and rethink our approach to brand engagement, turning every touchpoint into an opportunity for memorable interactions.
