If you really want your agency to hit $100k/mo, stop screwing around. Do these 5 things: 👉 Choose prospect follow ups over getting new opportunities started. 👉 Choose training your team over sending them YouTube videos. 👉 Choose increasing retention over increasing new client acquisition. 👉 Choose posting consistently on LinkedIn over posting inconsistently to 5 different platforms. 👉 Choose giving away your best secrets over hoarding them for yourself. Success isn’t a destination. It’s a daily habit.
hey Joshua JohnstonI personally 100% agree with you, but unfortunately most folks I know who have scaled to $100k/m in less than a year of starting focus more on acquisition than on retention. and from what I've observed, these folks later will start focusing on retention too. any comments?
A prospect is a future client (yours or someone elses). Your team is the future board of directors of your global company. Retention is a long term vision. Consistent actions drive awareness and sometimes bring great results. Sharing your secrets will show empathy towards your team mates.
Hey I did these 5 things and YEAH it works
Strong emphasis on fundamentals. Building a solid foundation through follow-ups, team development, and client retention is often overlooked in the pursuit of quick wins
Love this. Feel like most KNOW what they need to do in order to scale, but don't do it or are afraid.
Especially forgeting new leads and focusing on keeping existing clients happy
Yeah, success is a habit. Gotta put in the work every day 🙌
Solid advice Joshua I’m assuming your second point means, “instead of onboarding via Looms or recorded videos”, you work side by side with team members?
It’s like choosing to master one recipe instead of half-baking five dishes. Consistency and focus really do make all the difference.

3mo#5 all day. Even if you’re not a fan of the Bible, I came across this proverb recently and it hit me: “One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want.” Or more simply put, generosity leads to more generosity.
