🦉 Every single child is innately wise and capable. As a developmental pediatrician, my job is to figure out what brings their wisdom and talent to the surface, and help parents better understand how to unlock their child’s full potential—or, shall I say, play along in their world 😉 Ask me about my approach to developmental pediatrics, and what I’ve learned by playing along with developmentally different children over the years - https://bit.ly/3PjCeyW #Wisdom #DevelopmentalPediatrics #NoChildLeftBehind #OrchidPediatrics

🍿 Parents often come to me concerned that their child isn’t developing the same way as the other kids in their play group, daycare, or class. Well, of course they aren’t! They are developing along their own unique path. It may be an unexpected path, but it is theirs, nonetheless. Developmentally different children need to be met where they are, and that’s what we do at Orchid Pediatrics. "If you see kids, (or don't see kids yet), been in pediatrics for 3 months or 30 years, taking Dr Martin Rosen's in-person seminars or seminar series is a no-brainer. The technical proficiency, clinical excellence and conviction to check, adjust and recheck kiddos is unlike anything we have in the profession today. If you're on the fence, just jump in. The future of our children depends on it." www.drmartinrosen.com #pediatricchiropractic #chiropracticeducation #chiropracticstudent #chiro

Mindful Monday: A Pediatric Crisis The passion to care for children often drives medical students toward pediatrics. However, economic realities, such as high student debt and relatively low salaries, deter many from pursuing pediatric subspecialties. This has led to a concerning shortage in critical fields like pediatric infectious diseases, where nearly 52% of fellowships went unfilled in 2023. It’s time to address these disparities. Supporting pediatric subspecialists with fair compensation is essential for the future health of our children. Let’s advocate for change and ensure that those dedicated to caring for the youngest among us are valued and supported. #MindfulMonday #Healthcare #Pediatrics #MedicalEducation #HealthEquity #doximitydhf Source: https://ow.ly/kWt730sFvfP
