I'm curious to know: Who's your all-time favorite superhero? 🤔
For me, it's Wolverine – prickly on the outside, but a true superhero at heart. His resilience and unwavering determination always inspire me.
Whether you're a fan of the classics like Superman and Batman or you prefer the newer heroes like Iron Man or Captain Marvel, I want to hear about your favorites! Share them in the comments below!

On every birthday and Thanksgiving, I watch The Wiz. My family thinks I’m strange. But the life lessons in this film don’t quit.
Here are a few of my faves:
1. Comfort = complacency.
Dorothy was a leader who, by the end of the film, had made a way for every person in her crew to discover the intrinsic gifts they had yet to claim. But she didn’t know that because she hadn’t tested her own limits.
Lesson: You have to push yourself. Otherwise, you’ll never know how far you can go.
2. Haters will not only hate; they will also block.
The scarecrow, who was strung up on a pole, was not only convinced that he couldn’t get down, but also that he was not smart. Lies. At almost every turning point in the movie, it was his bright idea that opened a new door or reframed a problem.
Lesson: Others will try their hardest to hold you back when they can’t do what you can do or go where you’re going. Do your thing and walk your walk anyway, even if inelegantly at first.
3. There are no shortcuts.
After Dorothy helped the scarecrow down from the pole, she tried to call a cab to get to The Wiz, but they all drove off. In true brainiac fashion, Scarecrow said, “Looks like we’re going to have to find our own yellow brick road,” and brick by brick, the road emerged. (See clip.)
Lesson: Don’t be dismayed when the path seems unclear. Take one step at a time. One step becomes a stride. Each stride a stretch. And the stretches open to a world of possibilities.
This is only thirty minutes or so into the movie. I could go to 50. Not kidding.
If you’ve watched it, what are your favorite life lessons?

Happy #Maythe4th! I'm a huge STAR WARS fan.
Some ways I declare my love for it:
✨ I have the Rebel Alliance starbird tattoo on my ribs
✨ Both my children have Star Wars middle names
✨ My wedding band is custom made with the Rebel Alliance starbird
✨ I have a Old Republic Jedi Knight Lucasfilm approved trooping cosplay outfit (with a custom lightsaber)
✨ I have an annual Star Wars party in Feb/March (though it’s TODAY this year because of May the 4th)
Why do I love Star Wars so much? 💫
I found Star Wars in that awkward part of anyone’s life - preteen years/middle school.
At the end of 6th grade, I made the mistake about sharing gossip that should not have been shared and lost a chunk of friends.
Looking back, these friends were not the greatest for me anyway but I couldn’t see that at the time.
They didn’t return my calls all summer and I had a lot of unexpected free time. One evening, I stumbled upon my family watching Star Wars. I had seen it before, but this time…this time, something about it caught my eye and I sat down and really watched it.
I was hooked. It was about good and evil, how to stand up for what was right no matter the odds, and the legacy of the Jedi intrigued me.
There’s more to this story, but what started as a random stroll into the living room to see what was on TV, changed my life.
And I always take things to extremes. This was no exception. Within 4 months I had studied up on the lore of Star Wars and became a full fledged geek. It taught me to go back to school with confidence, find friends who meant more and walk the way of the Jedi.
So this May the 4th, I'm celebrating the galaxy far, far away and the incredible impact it's had on me. May the Force be with you all! 🙌

That is a great sentiment, however, when one is trying to move an industry into the brightly lit uplands, the apathy, and lethargy of the system that assumes that BAU is a tolerable outcome is tiresome.
We have a need to move towards the targets of NetZero2050, to conserve liquid hydrocarbons, to balance our emissions, and yet, as the technology we have suggested to AAX and AA cannot get past your gate guards, in spite of it being a game changer to the circumstances that befell AAX, it seems that the message gets clogged in the pipes.
Do you wish to be part of a reduction of 1/3rd of the CO2 emissions, and gain revenue from other A320, and A330 aircraft using the same technology in a JV, or follow the industry norm of greenwashing the problem while the system pats itself on the back with negligible material effect?
Your Fuel efficiency people have been told about what is available, seems the message doesn't get from the tail to the head.
teddy was not only a man of action, the leader of the roughriders advancing up San Juan hill, he was the imagination for the national park system in the US; he was the first greenie leader.

Someone special to me sent this. To all the arm chair critics and haters have a read .
I am the Man in the Arena who will never give up on his dreams or to build a culture that breaks the norm like having female pilots or giving the chance to a despatch boy to become a Captain .
The dream continues despite those who hate, Regulators who look to hurt as opposed to help and external factors such as covid.
Love the below and love what happened last week. Drives me even harder to succeed and continue to disrupt and give the common man a chance.
Most of all I thank all my allstars for their undying support and love. They know the man in the Arena and what he stands for and how he helped change many peoples lives
NOW EVERYONE CAN FLY.
Keep smiling always and there is never a negative only positives . Nothing get me down and there are positives in everything.
