Show yourself, fam! I’ll clock who you are. My pick today is a proper bargain, even for a budget. Today, it’s paco rabanne #Invictus Victory Eau De Parfum. For those curious but not in the know – like I was for time – and didn’t dare ask, what’s the deal with EDT, EDP, #Parfum, Elixir? Here’s the lowdown. Pretty much, they all carry the same scent notes, just with different intensities. (Quick shoutout to the hyped Parfums Christian Dior #Sauvage. Had a chat with Dior and maybe my nose is off, but the Parfum smells miles apart from the Elixir – no cap). So, when you’re picking: EDT = Eau de Toilette, like cologne. Proper nice, but doesn’t last as long as Parfum. FYI, most of the popular Issey Miyake scents are eau de toilette, so don’t write them off. With EDP, you get a more intense scent that’s still subtle, but still just Eau de Parfum. Most folks find the Parfum segment has long-lasting (5-7 hours usually) and decent value scents. Top of the range is Elixir, the most concentrated, usually lasting 7+ hours. But beware – too strong and it can be overpowering in a meeting. Personally, I prefer the Parfum section, but Invictus Victory Eau de Parfum hooked me. The 100 ml version goes for around 35-37,000 Forints. If you’ve heard of Xerjoff Group S.p.A. AMOUAGE or Creed parfum you’ll get why a 100ml Parfum at that price is a steal. Invictus Victory made it to my fave and recommended scents despite the Invictus line being milked dry in marketing. This black Eau de Parfum, at this price range, hit me right in the feels. Fresh and sensual, tart but sweet, with lavender, vanilla, and tonka bean smacking you harder than a kebab at a dodgy joint. It’s got a long finish, making you want to sniff it forever. I can show you loads of top scents in the 100ml 40,000 Ft range, even though this one should be around 55,000. Like they say in the watch world: You can rock an Audemars Piguet Hublot CVSTOS or even ROLEX but BREITLING steals the show. Perfume’s a bit trickier, needing to speak to your soul more than just visuals and feels, but Paco Rabanne Invictus Eau de Parfum does the job. Finally: My son can’t stand it and swears by the silver EDT, my daughter’s into the blue Invictus Parfum, and I wholeheartedly recommend the black one. The plastic cap might feel a bit tacky, but the scent’s all “OMG, need to sniff this again.” Good morning! paco rabanne #invictus #edp #olcsoparfum #pacsuli #pacorabanne #padrfum #perfume #oneofthebest #forhim #4him

Summarized a group of favorite Chanel perfumes!! #Chanel No. 5 Perfume Strong Fragrance: I know No. 5 because of Marilyn Monroe, and I have always been curious about what No. 5 smells like as a bedfellow perfume. The light soapy smell smells like foam gently supporting your body, and it is not too sweet. When you spray it on clothes or leather and wear it on your body while walking on the street, you will feel like an elegant and mature urban beauty. - #Chanel No. 5 Perfume Light Fragrance: A very wonderful and gentle old-fashioned soapy feeling, plus a combination of multiple floral scents. Some people say it is like floral water, but this perfume is aged for a certain period of time. The longer it is stored, the better it smells. It is very suitable for bedfellows. Although similar works include diva, elixir, and youth morning dew, No. 5 is still irreplaceable. - #Chanel Black Coco: This is a really nice perfume, especially the base notes. It makes me feel like an unattainable white, rich and beautiful woman with a little smoky voice, cool and sexy, with charming eyes, and I am very capable. When she looks at you, you feel ashamed. #Azure Perfume: The first time I sprayed Azure, I only had one feeling, it smells pretty good, and the presence of grapefruit and lemon is very strong. If my boyfriend uses this, I will definitely want to hold him and inhale it crazily. It smells quite similar to Versace Eros, but not as ostentatious as Eros. I always see people say it is too street fragrance, but I think street fragrance also reflects to a certain extent that it is really good to be so widely used by the public. - #Pink Encounter: Pink Encounter is the one I personally like the most among all the floral and fruity scents... It has a very light smell, and it feels like a naughty little girl jumping around you like an elf just to make you notice her, but it is not annoying, and you only want her to jump carefree like this forever... #Gabrielle Original: It feels like an ordinary commercial fragrance when you first spray it, but it's just so-so, but it's a slap in the face after a while. A strong and fragrant fragrance instantly invades, making people feel that it is worthy of Chanel, this is the smell that can be called "good smelling". #Chanel Perfume

Why does it matter to wear perfume or homme to work? Building a Perfume and Homme (Mens Perfume) Collection For one whom creates DIY perfumes, I do not necessarily wear to much of it, especially in work spaces. There are many benefits to wearing perfume or cologne to work. Smelling good can help you feel good. It's an endorphin boost and can improve how you feel about yourself. Besides, there is a huge misconception that fragrances have to be gender-specific. While some fragrances are marketed toward women and others toward men, in reality, no rule says you can not wear whatever fragrances you like. Sometimes it helps to smell fragrances that are considered great and unique. Instead grab some samples from the counter when out shopping, this is because individual body chemistry can affect the way fragrances smell on skin and allow the perfume to develop on your skin . Some recommendations to start with are from which are known to perfume/homme collectors as “classics” or iconic as from; Dior, Calvin Klien, Guerlain, Cacharel , Gucci, Chanel and YSL. #perfume #homme #personalhygiene #workspaces #selfconfidience #cosmetics

📝Ingredient Check # 2 What is 🍋Bergamot? And its role in Perfumery? 🍋Bergamot is a citrus fruit that is primarily cultivated in Italy. It is known for its distinctive, sweet, and citrusy fragrance with subtle floral and spicy undertones. In perfumery, bergamot essential oil, which is extracted from the outer skin of the fruit, is highly valued for its fragrant properties. The fruit looks more like a lemon or lime than an orange and has a very distinct scent. 🍋Bergamot essential oil plays a crucial role in perfumery as it serves as a top note, which means it is one of the first scents perceived when a perfume is applied. 🍋Its fresh and lively aroma adds a bright, uplifting quality to fragrances and is often used to enhance the opening of a perfume composition. Additionally, bergamot is commonly used in both men's and women's fragrances, making it a versatile and widely-appreciated ingredient in the perfume industry. Here are some classic examples of perfumes that prominently feature 🍋bergamot as a key note: 1. Chanel No. 5: This iconic fragrance, created by perfumer Ernest Beaux, features bergamot as a top note, contributing to its fresh and vibrant opening. 2. Dior Eau Sauvage: This popular men's fragrance is built around the sparkling freshness of bergamot, lending a sophisticated character to the scent. 4. Tom Ford Neroli Portofino: Known for its luxurious composition, this fragrance features bergamot as a prominent and uplifting note, complemented by floral and aromatic accords. The smell of “a young questionable man” The smell “of a heartbreaker or red flag” - People reacting to Parfums Christian Dior Christian Dior Couture When we talk about Dior Sauvage, we're diving into what people think about it. I watched a Tiktok video with Eliza seeing people’s reaction to the smell of Dior Sauvage, whereby they are advantage of the narrative of the scent, Some see it as a “the smell of a walking red flag”, others see it as something sophisticated. What's cool is how Dior takes these different opinions and turns them into something positive. Instead of hiding from the “the smell of a red flag” label , they make it part of what makes the fragrance interesting. Think about it: Even though some folks joke about Sauvage being a red flag “smells like a dangerous man”, Dior says, "Hey, that's part of its charm!" They make it about being confident and attractive. So, while some see Sauvage as a warning, others see it as a way to feel confident and sophisticated. Dior's smart for making this part of their story – it shows they get what people are talking about. Dior listens to what people say about Sauvage and uses it to connect with them. They don't ignore the different opinions; instead, they make them part of the story. The cool thing is how well this works. Guys who want to be like the cool guys they see in the ads are drawn to Sauvage because it feels like it gives them that same vibe. Even though people talk about Sauvage in different ways, it still stays popular because Dior knows how to make it about more than just smell. What's next? Let me hear your thoughts on what fragrance should be in the spotlight next. Share your ideas and keep this interesting conversation going!

The Fragrance Wheel Fragrance Wheel perfume classification chart, ver. 1983 This newer classification method is widely used in retail and the fragrance industry, created in 1983 by the perfume consultant Michael Edwards. The new scheme simplifies classification and naming, as well as showing the relationships among the classes. The five main families are Floral, Oriental, Woody, Aromatic Fougère, and Fresh, the first four from the classic terminology and the last from the modern oceanic category. Each of these are divided into subgroups and arranged around a wheel. In this scheme, Chanel No.5, traditionally classified as an aldehydic floral, is placed under the Soft Floral sub-group, while amber scents are within the Oriental group. Chypre perfumes are more ambiguous, having affinities with both the Oriental and Woody families. For instance, Guerlain Mitsouko is under Mossy Woods, but Hermès Rouge, a more floral chypre, is under Floral Oriental.
