Prepare all needed written information, cards, pamphlets, etc. Prepare all appreciation gift items. Arrange catering for breakfast/lunch presentations. Accompany sales reps to meetings and presentations when needed. Assist with delivery of samples and books to client site. Assist with set up of presentation of client site. Notify sales reps of emergencies and important calls. Contact sales reps when needed to inform of urgent client needs. Contact sales reps when needed to obtain important information regarding client needs, sales rep requests, messenger/shipping issues, etc. Answer phone and assist clients. Contact clients to advice of sample availability and e.t.a. information. Contact clients with information on sales rep availability. Contact clients with product availability and pricing information when needed. Obtain information for clients regarding appropriate sales rep and return calls with needed information. Discuss client needs and assist as appropriate. Accept all incoming showroom calls whenever possible.
