What is your why? We go through the days, crossing things off lists, prioritizing tasks and what the more important crisis might be. Despite the path of exhaustion, frustration, or, maybe, even autopilot, you are on, it is essential we all slow down and remember our why. Why did you get into the field you are in? Why did you choose the job you did? Why do you enjoy your coworkers? Why are you great at what you do? Why do strive to do more, strive to grow? Take the time to pause and reflect on your why. Start your day, pause for reflection, or simply reset. Your why matters. #ConnectionsAllWays #BookendsTherapy
