We achieved non-profit status in January of 2023 and haven’t stopped expanding! Our dedicated and passionate team currently supports over 30 participants with disabilities and acquired brain injuries in their homes and communities. What sets us apart from other DD waiver providers is our commitment to inclusivity and challenging barriers. Most providers require participants to pay for all employee costs for outings to see their favorite artists, sports teams, and vacation spots. This makes these kinds of memories financially impossible for many participants. We work diligently to keep organizational costs to a minimum in order to cover employee costs. There is no greater feeling than seeing the joy in someone’s face as they participate in creating the life they have imagined!

The 1 for All Initiative We’re thrilled to announce the launch of 1 for All, a non-profit dedicated to supporting local charities in our communities! Here are the cuses and initiatives we support: 1. Education and Youth Services: Sponsoring scholarships, field trips, science camps, after-school programs, and sports & music initiatives. 2. Health and Human Services: Supporting local hospitals, sponsoring life-changing surgeries for children, and improving access to healthcare in underserved communities. 3. Community Development & Advocacy: Aiding non-profits that provide counseling, family services, job training, and support for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. 4. We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Society of Sharing! As part of our Annual Giveback Initiative, we will be donating recruitment services to this amazing Non-Profit Organization. We are extremely excited to give back to a purpose-driven organization that believes in demonstrating a commitment to the community.     What is Society of Sharing? They are a vibrant organization on a heartfelt mission to brighten the lives of isolated seniors in our community. Tackling the goal of social isolation head-on, by pairing skilled volunteers with housebound seniors, providing not just companionship, but genuine support. With a vision to lead the charge in volunteer assistance for isolated seniors, this organization stands firm on values of fairness and respect, ensuring every senior has the right to live with dignity.     Society of Sharing has been supporting isolated seniors in our community for over 40 years, providing services to over 400 seniors, and aims to hire 150 volunteers annually.     Why do we choose to give back? We want to shed light on the efforts of Society of Sharing, and the importance of giving back to the community. Companies should allocate time and resources towards non-profits, organizations, and community initiatives on a continuous basis. This initiative is just an example of how companies can give back.
