A credit provider must report credit information to credit bureaus according to the following guidelines and timelines:
4.1 Report details of all new credit agreements with consumers within 48 hours of the agreements being finalized.
4.2 Report details of all closed, terminated, rescinded, or settled credit agreements within 48 hours of their closure, termination, or settlement.
4.3 Provide consumers' monthly payment profile information within 5 business days of the end of the agreed billing cycle.
4.4 In accordance with Regulation 19(4) and 19(7), report monthly adverse classifications of consumer behavior and enforcement actions.
4.5 Clear all adverse information as outlined in Section 71A(1)(a) to (c) of the Act within 7 days of the consumer settling the adverse information.
