🌟 Navigating Uncertainty 🌟 Last week, I had the privilege of hosting another “Coffee with Lipsa” session with incredible Women in Tech (#WiT) at Wells Fargo. We dove into a topic that feels more relevant than ever: navigating uncertainty. A few key takeaways: ✅ Control the controllable – Focus on what you can influence. Let go of what’s beyond your reach. ✅ Embrace change – Resistance only holds us back. The quicker we adapt, the stronger we become. ✅ Stay curious – Every challenge has a lesson. The question is: what will you learn from it? ✅ Lean on your tribe – No one has to do it alone. Find your support system and tap into their strength. ✅ Small steps, big impact – Progress is built through an iterative approach. Start small, move forward. ✅ Ask for help – It’s not a sign of weakness, but strength. ✅ Rest, don’t quit – When you're exhausted, take a break. But don’t give up. ✅ Progress over Perfection – It’s about moving forward, not having everything perfectly aligned. These principles not only help us navigate uncertainty, but also foster resilience and growth. How do you manage through uncertain times? Thank you to everyone who came out and shared how they manage *through* uncertainty! Thank you Lipsa Goswamy for always showing up for our #WiT community! 👏👏👏 #CoffeeWithLipsa #Leadership #WomenInTech #Resilience #GrowthMindset #ProgressNotPerfection #wearewellsfargo #bankofdoing #WFBayAreaWiT #powerofconnection #CultureBeginsWithUs #EPIC

A senior colleague once said -- ‘You’ve done well, but don’t forget to send the elevator back down.’ And from then to now, it has been about exploring ways that helps become the person who can send the elevator back down and get more people to have career experience like I have had or even better. Jombay’s 1000 Women Leaders Program was one such platform providing opportunity to pay forward, I’d like to thank #Team Jombay - Mohit Gundecha and Suruchi Wagh for inviting me to this mega community learning event over the weekend. I must say, it was one of the largest mentorship events I have ever been a part of and this time with Group mentorship – such amazing, enriching, and exciting interactions with young and talented women leaders. These are great opportunities to build sisterhood where women are supported and mentored by women to further their career and development prospects. Just like our male colleagues do, I’d encourage women mentors to step forward and serve as beacons of possibility, demystifying some workplace myths and inspiring confidence in those we can guide. To all the women in the workforce and the ones who are yet to join , please keep telling yourself that - I will continue to stay confident and ambitious - I will dream more boldly and pursue those aspirations fearlessly - I will focus on how to navigate challenges with grace and determination - Setbacks are not my roadblocks but opportunities for growth and learning I’m so proud of what I experienced over the weekend, and of how Morningstar fosters inclusive and equitable environment where everyone can thrive. There is so much we can do to pave the way for future generations!! #DEI #inclusiveleadership #communitylearning #Mentorship #careerdevelopment #Morningstar

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬: 𝐌𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞 I am pleased to share my experience as a judge for the Technovation Challenge, which is designed to foster interest in Artificial Intelligence among young women around the globe. As my first initiative with #EYRipples, I had the privilege of taking a front-row seat to witness the creativity and potential of tomorrow's leaders, builders, and entrepreneurs. Supporting these future changemakers as they showcased innovative ideas on leveraging AI to address societal issues such as inequality, hunger, and the climate crisis has been truly inspiring. Reviewing teams’ submissions across the three divisions for girls aged between 8 and 18, in two rounds of quarterfinals and semifinals was incredibly satisfying. In addition to being inspired by these bright young women, this also enhanced my transformational leadership skills, built my advisory expertise, and expanded my network. We are now a growing community of over 100 EY professionals passionate about using responsible AI as a catalyst to empower youth, uplift communities, and drive sustainability. Reflecting on this journey, I am certain that empowering young minds with AI knowledge can unlock unparalleled opportunities for societal advancement. It's about creating a future where innovation drives positive change. By fostering a global community committed to ethical AI, we can tackle the world's most pressing challenges and create a sustainable, equitable future for all! #EYRipples #AIforSocialImpact

Thrilled to Have Begun My Journey at Impact Practice! A big thank you to Impact Practice (by CSRBOX) for the warm introduction and the opportunity to share a bit about my journey. Shifting from the world of Biotechnology to the Development sector has been nothing short of transformative. While my previous field was deeply focused on innovation and competition, it sometimes felt like the true purpose of these advancements—serving society and fostering equity—was overlooked. India’s development isn’t just about economic growth or creating technology for profit. It’s about ensuring that innovations uplift and bring progress to all, especially the marginalized. Though I valued the motto “Dedicated to the service of the Nation” at my alma mater, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, I often felt that we, as scientists, might lose sight of the end goal—improving lives. Never to ignore the thousands of scientists who still dedicate their intellectual wealth for the progress of the nation. I however, wanted to take a different path, one that allowed me to work closely with communities and to stay grounded in the larger mission of social impact. This shift enables me to serve as a bridge between technology and community impact, blending the best of both worlds to contribute to India’s sustainable development in a more direct, meaningful way. As Viktor Frankl says, "Life is never made unbearable by circumstances, but only by lack of meaning and purpose" - to highlight the necessity of finding purpose in what we do, regardless of external conditions, for a truly fulfilling life. Well, I have found mine. As I embark on this path, I look forward to collaborating with my talented colleagues at CSRBOX to drive transformative change and continue advancing towards these noble goals. #NewBeginnings #SocialImpact #DevelopmentSector #Sustainability #Grateful #ImpactPractice

‘The Minerva’s Transformation : A New Chapter of Inclusion’ 🙌 Minerva, like many organizations, recently went through a big change. It wasn't about growing too fast; we realized our main mission wasn't as connected with our community as it should be. We moved away from showing how a community of women achievers can make a big difference with their leadership and inspire others. As the founder, my initial ideas were sparked by a strong passion that also motivated others. However, I learned that passion alone doesn't guarantee lasting success; a solid foundation is necessary. 📌 The key elements included: - Having people who effortlessly align with Minerva’s mission to inspire and support others through leadership. - Attracting those drawn to a sense of community and belonging. - Welcoming members who share our values and beliefs, without needing to be convinced through a sales pitch. - Creating a space focused on mutual growth and respect, beyond just work or networking. Recently, Minerva has extended its membership to include men, and I am privileged to know some truly remarkable people. Their kindness and ability to inspire others with their success is motivating. Knowing I can count on them, I've personally invited them to join a community aimed at inspiring and supporting each other. I dream of a community that keeps growing with like-minded individuals. Together, our experiences help us create a solid foundation and a culture that keeps our original vision alive and strong✨ #vision #likedmindedpeople #growthmindset #membershipclub #socialnetworking

Boost the impact and efficiency of top talent | Accelerate the growth of women, BIPOC, and immigrant leaders | CEO | Keynote Speaker
This story has a happy ending: Samira Manfon was in such a low place that getting out of bed was a struggle. Talking was a struggle. She’d just lost out on a promotion and it crushed her confidence. She almost didn’t apply to our career accelerator. But we’re so glad she did because she blew us away with her courage and insight! I remember thinking, “she’s exactly who we had in mind when we created the program.” The vote was unanimous. Samira was admitted into the program with flying colors. She showed up every week and put her full heart into supporting her peers. And a few months after graduation, she got a promotion. Samira, we’re so proud of your perseverance, leadership, and excellence. Congratulations on your well-deserved promotion! ********* Fix The Broken Rung’s goal is to help one million women of color achieve promotions. Check out our upcoming Promotion Strategy Master Class to learn the step-by-step playbook Samira used to level up. Link in the comments.
