Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (FT) Job Details: Position: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Location: East Phoenix Area Office (not remote) Kaleidoscope Education Solutions (KES Group) supports the K-12 public education marketplace with personnel and workforce management services. We contract professionals to approximately 700 school districts nationwide. Description: KES Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within several markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your role will encompass strategic sales initiatives, new client presentations, program management, and fostering enduring partnerships to further elevate our success. This Business Development Manager position is a terrific opportunity to work in our Phoenix, Arizona office. In office, not remote.    Your Responsibilities In This Role: Lead sales prospecting by leveraging an extensive client database to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and reach within the designated regions. Conduct impactful client sales presentations, showcasing the full spectrum of our capabilities to potential clients. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, actively listening to their needs and aligning client solutions to address their unique manufacturing requirements.  Maintain strict discipline in accurately updating information within the CRM system. Navigate the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and successful closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the program management team. Requirements:  5+ years of proven track record in sales or business development, staffing, or HR consulting company.  Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated person with the ability to drive business growth consistently. Ideal candidate will have strong experience with contract staffing in education, healthcare, or allied therapy space. Experience managing a division's P&L and/or revenue growth. Experience prospecting and converting prospects into clients through cold calling, scheduling meetings, and maintaining relationships. Experience in training and managing a sales team, requirement prioritization, and distribution process..   Benefits: Help us build a fun and exciting company culture.
