At the Forum for Women in Leadership - WILL Forum India — we have been actively having dialogues with #male business leaders, CEOs, Board Directors, Business heads, AI experts — on how we can reach the aspirational #BalancedLeadership, #InclusiveGrowth and #BalancedBoards, that has been the hallmark of the #WILLForum mission for over #17years.
On top of our list of male CEO champions is Balaji V, Managing Director, Expleo Group Solutions, and Member of the WILL Advisory Board, who has achieved 50% women #IndependentDirectors on the Expleo India Board. As he simply puts it “we must walk the talk, isn’t it?”.
And Richard Rekhy, one of the earliest believers of #Balancedboards for Good Governance and Risk mitigation-- constantly trying to pollinate minds for women CEOs and board roles, who is also a Founding member of the #WILLForum when he was CEO of #KPMG India.
