Elhan - You said that you can offer me 6-8 LPA, now you are offering 6.5 LPA. Is it justifiable? HR - Yes, we have discussed that it will be depending upon your performance only. Elhan- You manipulated the things. HR - Even you lied on your resume about the experience. Elhan- **Blank When a candidate lies in the resume, it is considered okay. But when an HR negotiates the salary based on interview, it's called as "Manipulation" Where's the justice? #HR #interview #job #linkedin #hiring #jobs #hrcommunity  #hrtroll #noticeperiod #lifeincorporates #itworld #corporateworld

Salary negotiations are a two-way street, and HR's goal is to ensure a fair and competitive offer based on qualifications. Let's promote transparency and honest conversations from both sides. 😊

Well, that's something everyone knows. But I haven't seen anyone till now taking action on this particular issue (if that's what it is - an issue).

Agree! It's very unprofessional to lie in your resume, and also note the point that HRs must cross-verify the authenticity of the provided experience and validate it with experience certificate furnished by the candidate. If needed, you people can call the concerned authority and asses the performance of the candidate in the previously worked organization. Without doing all these, how did the HRs come to a conclusion of hiring the candidate? Simply put, you dug your own grave!
