I've shared this already, but for those who are managing localization programs and missed it before, it's worth sharing again.

Computational chemists have won this year's Nobel. Seems like a good fit for 2024. 🖥️ ⚗️ For those for whom protein structure is a bit of a mystery, think of it as being a complex 3D-puzzle - like an immensely long version of those twistable serpent puzzles many of us have played with - with thousands of handles (functional groups) where changing any one of the handles could change the entire puzzle's structure and therefore how the protein functions in a cell as a catalyst or structural component. Proteins are incredibly complex and precise.

I'm going to miss this one – out of town meetings got moved – but please do go, local friends, and meet the rest of the Women in Localization Colorado and GALA teams and mingle with the the great Colorado Loc community.
