At Karo Healthcare 50% of our Board of Directors and more than half of our people leaders are women. We have more to do on diversity and inclusion and can always improve. I am 100% certain the would never have been able to build today’s succesful Karo without our amazing women leaders! 🙏🏼🙌

I feel lucky to never have experienced the same struggle I know many women have when trying to navigate the balance between their career and family life. So many amazing women and men have shown me the way, and still do. Love that Karo just does this stuff. Its part of our DNA. No question. And with a genuine appetite to keep learning how to do it better. #inspireinclusion

Proud to be part of this! #inspireinclusion

I’m so proud to work alongside all the outstanding leaders featured in this Karo Healthcare montage - and very many others too. #inspireinclusion #iwd2024

Well said and done Karo Healthcare 💜

On a side note... Thanks for letting us all know that E45 cream is only for non-white people. We won't be using any of your products going forward...and we aren't alone. Going off your latest UK TV advert, it's clear that diverse means zero white people to you!
