It's been almost 10 years that I've been a part of this community in Dallas. I love walking into a room and hearing people say, "we've grown up together". By that, they mean we've grown so much over the last 10 years and we are still here and being invited to "sit at tables" we never dreamed to be sitting at. These women in these photos are more than just friends...they are inspirations. As far as women have come in this profession, we still have a ways to go.

I don't know what the next 10 years looks like, but if these are the people I get to continue to "grow up with," then it's going to be epic. Please don't be afraid or hesitate hiring any of these women tagged or any woman for that matter. And if you're married to one, then you know, we always find a way to get things done!
