The management effort is more intensive and the team building process takes longer as everyone has a different idea of normality and common sense, processes need to be defined more precisely. Absolutely, Team Menzies Aviation, your statement highlights two crucial aspects of a successful and efficient work environment. Teamwork, indeed, is the ability to work together harmoniously, combining individual skills and efforts to achieve common goals. It's about fostering collaboration, communication, and mutual support among team members. Similarly, the correlation between a safe workplace and a productive workforce is undeniable. A safe environment not only ensures the physical well-being of employees but also contributes to their mental and emotional well-being. When employees feel secure and supported, they are more likely to focus on their tasks, be engaged in their work, and ultimately contribute to higher productivity. Together, these principles form a solid foundation for a thriving and effective team. Team Menzies Aviation seems to understand the importance of both teamwork and a safe workplace, recognising that these elements go hand in hand to create a positive and productive work culture.
Teamwork is the ability to work together. A safe workplace is a Productive workforce. Team Menzies

And more importantly SP (Suppressive Person) who are extremely dangerous for any organization. He tries to hide his deeds by wearing a "nice" social mask but is responsible for the downfall of the organization. Ultimately an organization's success is "Team Work" & only as a Team, an Organization can reach the greatest possible heights.
